The purpose of this assignment is to help you learn how to analyze and evaluate nutrition information. You will first learn some basic criteria for evaluating nutrition information, then read two assigned articles on the ketogenic diet, and complete the Website Evaluation Quiz.
Complete all three tasks in order:
Task 1: Study the "Evaluating Nutrition Information" guide. (Click on the tab at the top of this page)
Task 2: Read the following articles critically, keeping in mind the evaluation criteria you have learned.
You need to expand all the sections in the article in order to read the entire article. You don’t need to follow the links in the articles.
